All neon.rage products are made to order. Please allow for production time before your order is dispatched.

**Production Times**

All products: 3–5 business days.

**UK Shipping**

- Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 48hr

- Express Delivery: Royal Mail 24hr

Shipping times are from dispatch, not from order date.

**Multiple Items**

If you order more than one item, products may have different production times and could arrive in separate parcels. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment where applicable.

**International Shipping**

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. Please note:

- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by their country.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
