**Refund & Returns Policy**
At Neon Rage, all products are made to order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
**Personalised & Made-to-Order Items**
Because our products are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personalisation errors made by the customer.
**Faulty or Damaged Items**
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at helloneonrage@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the fault or damage
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You will not be required to return the item in most cases.
**Incorrect Items**
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will resolve this promptly at no cost to you.
**Return Postage**
Where a return is required (non-faulty items eligible for return), return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
**Processing Time**
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method.
